Kwik-lift was developed for YOU, the car enthusiast
Kwik-lift was born out of necessity in Tulsa, Oklahoma after an accident using jack stands in 1996. Danny Johnson was working under his street rod when it fell and pinned him underneath. Luckily, his wife and daughter were able to get the car off of him and get him to the hospital with only a few broken ribs and a punctured lung. It could have been SO much worse. After his accident Danny thought, “there has to be a better and safer way!” So, after several prototypes and variations, Kwik-lift was born and addressed the issues associated with jack stands – SAFETY and the time and hassle required to get your car up and ready to work under with improved access. Since the invention of Kwik-lift, we have built 10s of thousands of Kwik-lifts, shipping units all around the world, from Europe to Australia! We continue to get positive feedback from our customers due to the simplicity of design and the fact that they feel so safe working under their cars and have so much more room to work!
Over time, our product offering has grown to include 2 post, 4 post, mid-rise, alignment racks and many other types of lifts that we distribute from Challenger, Quality, Bendpak, and others. In 2015, the company began selling tire machines & balancers, air compressors, and other shop equipment for the commercial repair shops and dealerships.
Although we created Kwik-lift for the car enthusiast, many professional auto rebuilders and repair shops use Kwik-lifts too. Mechanics and car restoration shops pick Kwik-lift for the same reasons you do, its convenient working height, high strength, quality and safety.
If you have the ceiling height and space and want an even more robust solution in your garage, we also have thoroughly researched this market and are able to offer to you the very best 4 Post and 2 Post lifts that can be permanently installed.
These Quality Lifts come in various vehicle weight capacities, lengths and widths. They are made of the highest quality steel and operate on either 110V or 220V. These lifts have locking devices that are mechanical and for extra safety there is a back-up locking system.
My quick-lift is the greatest thing since sliced bread, I feel safe working under my car, plenty of head room and I have never felt unsafe doing anything. I ordered one more of the black cross piece (forgot the name of them) so I can lift the car off the tires for winter storage. This is by far the best tool I have ever bought to work on a car and the $ Price $ was right.

I wanted to pass on that everything about Kwik-Lift purchase has been terrific.
1) You were most helpful in describing the product and in arranging convenient shipping
2) Delivery came off without problem. I picked it up at freight terminal and had it assembled within 24 hours
3) The 34″ bridge is perfect for my ’32 Ford — measurements came out precisely as expected
4) Drive-on and drive-off is easy. I added a strip of pin-stripping tape on driver side of ramp as an alignment guide.
5) The casters work very well. Great design.
I am very pleased with the Kwik-Lift — easy to drive on and off, raises easily to give access to underside and the casters make it easy to roll car into convenient locations in garage. Again, my thanks for a well designed, heavy-duty piece of equipment that works great!! – Dean Guttormson
I ordered your Kwik Lift and within just a few days it was delivered and sitting in my shop. In just the short time it took me to assemble it I figured out that this is a QUALITY piece of equipment and without question worthy of the boast “Made in the USA”. I could not be happier with my Kwik Lift, it gives me peace of mind while working on my hotrod, something that I have just never had using jack stands. – Rod VanDertuin
I have to say, I absolutely love this lift. For the limited space I have in my garage, and the different types of vehicles I own, (3 cars and a truck), this lift provides the different configurations that I need to perform maintenance on all of them. Keep up the good work. I know the people on Corvetteforum.com have very good things to say about your product also. I have had some of them come over to see it and I believe a few have ordered from you. – Gary (Gooch) W. Honker
I could not be more pleased with my lift. It is just so easy to use and to store (out of the way when not in use). I was concerned when I bought it that it may not give me enough undercar room to work, so I had considered a hydraulic lift (twice the cost, definitely takes up more space). Now that I have use the Kwik-lift, I’m very happy with the choice I made. When not in use, I keep the unit flat and park on it. This keeps it out of the way, minimizes setup time and work (probably 2 minutes). – Mark Smith
